a Legal Entity in Uzbekistan

To establish a legal entity in Uzbekistan it is necessary to encompass the following steps:

Obtain a PINFL (Personal Identification Number of an Individual) either in person or by proxy.
Reserve the company name of the legal entity.
Choose a postal address (you must obtain a cadastral number from the landlord).
Determine the type of activity of the company.
Determine the size of the charter capital (there is no restriction on the amount).
Prepare the founding documents and submit them for registration either in person or by proxy.
The director can be the foreign founder for the first three months, but afterwards, a work permit must be obtained. The work permit is processed online (the state fee is 11,250,000 UZS). To obtain the permit, you must provide a diploma, passport, and a 3x4 cm electronic photo.
The state fee for obtaining the PINFL is 200,000 UZS, and approximately 700,000 UZS for opening a company.
